diet plan for two years baby

plan for 2 year old baby
A 2 year old child requires various nutrients for his body growth. This is the year when he comes out of his milk feed period. Earlier it was milk that managed all the nutrients in his body, but now milk is not sufficient to cater all his body needs. His body now requires a correct proportion of minerals, proteins, vitamins and calories. You should consult your doctor so as to get for your child a good and efficient diet plan so that the diet that you provide to your baby covers all the nutrients essential for him

Before going for a diet plan parents should themselves take a few steps to form good eating habits in their child.

  • Firstly, Develop a perfect food routine for your baby, as kids will adopt the habit, that you will let them develop at this age, and will carry the same habit for lifetime. Timely eaten food will boost the energy levels and activeness of child. Baby's body will be benefited by food only when eaten at right time. This will also help you discipline your kid.

  • Secondly, it is the best age to form the habit of eating fruits. Fruits are the natural bundle of nutrients required. At the age of 2 baby is still developing and their need for nutrition is quite high so, make sure you serve daily one fruit to your baby for her proper development.

  • Thirdly, avoid giving carbonated and airated drinks as such drinks contain a lot of preservatives, artificial sugar and other dangerous chemicals with zero nutritional value. Instead you should serve fresh juices and even mock tails of all seasonal fruits. Fruits are full of vitamins, minerals and many required nutrition.

  • Lastly, Don't forget to give at-least 2 small servings to your baby of Green Leafy Vegetables. Green Vegetables include Fibers which is very important for proper digestion of the food. Green Vegetables also include many other health benefits.

Here is the diet plan for a 2 year old baby, which if followed really makes your child grow in a healthy manner.
